From Our Association President:

Our Holiday Party and Annual Election will be Tuesday, December 2, 2025 starting at 6:30pm. Kathy Dobey has kindly volunteered to lead this while dragging her husband (perhaps unwillingly) along. She will prepare pulled pork and ham along with mac & cheese and beans.

The association will pay for the meat. We are asking others to make and bring a dish. Please coordinate directly with the Dobeys (email wdobey@icloud.com) with what you can bring. We wish to coordinate a bit so we don't have 75 desserts.

Election Time: We are happy to have others fill positions - please come forward.
For now we have;
Brian Thompson - President
Bill Dobey - VP
JoAnne Mangos - Treasurer
Secretary - Open Position

Other: There are way too many boats and trailers that are not in accordance with Deed Restrictions and/or County Code. We will be focusing on getting that cleaned up.

Trash Burning - Several residents are reporting that regularly at around 10pm they smell burning trash (not foliage or wood) - trash. If anyone has an idea where it is coming from please let us know. It is obnoxious and unsafe.
